Basically, I had assumed for awhile that the compiler wouldn't know how to do fixed-point multiplication on the Saturn because the SH2 does not have a 64-bit register/addressing mode and Q16.16 fixed-point...
Install ffmpeg and use these arguments (or this batch file):
ffmpeg -i filename.mp3 -c adpcm_adx -ac 1 -ar 15360 filename.ADX
you can adjust the batch file as needed

Since you are editing the source code of the driver, you're venturing into territory where you are more and more dependent on the hardware manuals and your own ability to decipher my poorly written code.

Look for the defined parameter called "DRV_SYS_END"...
